So honored to be featured in When In Manila's Eat and Drink Section this April 22, 2018. For those who don't know, When In Manila is an online metro guide focused on Manila and the Philippines. When In Manila mainly publishes news, reviews, and information on food, culture, music, fashion, travel, and other lifestyle topics.
I met the lovely young ladies of the WIMSquad: Jesh Oquina (writer), Hannah Beltran (photographer), and Elena Salazar (Graphic Designer) at their office in PenBrothers along C. Palanca in Legazpi Village Makati. We talked about how the business started, where the name of the company came from, the challenges of running a small business as a "momtrepreneur" and how I see The Blissful Story Creamery unfolding in the coming years.
