The decision was made, and we embarked on the mission to create a dark chocolate ice cream using this exceptional ingredient.

Charita was determined to create her own premium Philippine chocolate instead of merely exporting the cacao beans to institutional accounts. Each cacao bean is carefully selected from the finest trees and then processed using traditional methods.
